Jo Saunders has organised a show to raise funds for Abingdon Alzheimer's Day Centre.  This will be a diverse show to appeal to all sorts of dance fans, with Flamenco, Middle Eastern Dance (aka Bellydance), Bhangra, Ballroom, Jazz and the Oxford African Drum Troupe.

Two innovative local dance groups, Hathor and ReBellyOn, will perform a variety of Middle Eastern and Middle Eastern Fusion dances with a touch of gypsy, Bollywood and Hollywood glamour in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care.  Tickets are £10 and available from The Mill.

Middle Eastern dance teacher and yoga instructor Xenia Preveziotis is holding a glenti - the Greek for hafla - in Bicester.  There are still performance spaces - to attend either as performer or audience, please contact Xenia directly.  It's her first one, so likely to start small, but Xenia, whose motto is "Smile Always" promises a warm welcome to all.
