Celebrate the wisdom of the body moving with dance

There will be demonstrations, videos and the chance to practice Egyptian and Indian Classical (Kathak) dance.  There will also be a Pilates session working on the core muscles to prepare for dancing.

Tutors are Katrina Robinson, Helen Wadge & Anuradha Chaturvedi. (Apologies to the other teachers for our event title: space is limited and so the Webwoman chose the name Egyptian dancers would be most likely to know).
